Today we had coffee at Scout Coffee Co. in downtown SLO. It's located at 1130 Garden Street. It has a charming interior which we would describe as rustic urban. The high ceilings and exposed brick provide an open and airy setting for a pleasant coffee experience. |
Joan enjoyed a small Americano with soy and house made vanilla syrup. It was creamy and full-bodied. The cost was $4.05. Sheila's regular black coffee was strong, bold, and tangy. It was $2.70. |
Scout has a variety of seating choices. There are small metal stools, tall metal stools, bistro tables, benches, counter seating, and outdoor seating perfect for people watching. |
Scout has a choice of teas, coffees, milkshakes, and baked goodies. There are also choices for children. |
Think About It: Give thanks, no matter what. |
I've heard other good things about Scout! Can't wait to try it.
